Dr Chris

Dr Chris enjoys practicing generalist medicine in all its domains due to its proven impact on the health of the community. He has found that by engaging in a multi-disciplinary team as part of the wider Primary Care Model you can achieve better outcomes for patients and their families. ​

Sydney born, and raised in a family with a long history of military service, he joined the Army through university to serve in the RAAMC as well as Senior Medical Officer. He has since moved his service commitments to part-time so he can pursue further specialist training as an Emergency Physician.   ​​

Chris has three children, Elizabeth, Penelope and Jack. When he is not seeing patients or teaching, he is usually managing all the fun that three children under 5 come up with! ​

Chris has special interests in paediatric medicine, family medicine and treating the family as a holistic unit. He also has a focus on long-term Chronic Disease management and Veterans Health.
