Consultation Fees
Fees are time-based at $110 per 10-minute block, with a minimum appointment time of 20 minutes.
Below are the appointment types and corresponding durations for both in‑person and telehealth (phone or video) consultations.

ADF Family Health Program

Eligible family members may access the ADF Family Health Program, with no cap on GP services. This includes a wide range of GP‑led care such as:

  • Preventative care

  • Diagnostics

  • Metabolic, Psychiatry, Psychology, and Paediatric Neurodiversity Clinics

​​Please note: the $800 annual cap applies only to allied health services.

Billing & Payment

  • Payment is required on the day of your appointment

  • Accepted payment methods: EFTPOS, credit card, After pay

  • Deferred payment options are available

  • Medicare rebates are processed on-site

​

Bulk Billing & Concessions

  • DVA card holders are bulk billed for relevant appointments
